Terms of service
Effective date: 17 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-17.1.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Lembria is operated by Golden Pine Legacy Inc., Justina Village, B2, 1700 Parañaque, Philippines. Contact support@lembria.com. These terms cover lembria.com, app.lembria.com, digital-book purchases, project workspaces, contributions and hosted books. Shopify provides our store and checkout; your digital-service purchase is with Golden Pine Legacy Inc.
Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before purchasing or contributing. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of the purchase terms. Privacy notices explain data handling; acknowledging a notice does not by itself give consent for every use of personal information.
Accounts and age
Account holders, purchasers and invited contributors must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement; a higher local age of majority applies where required. The service is not offered for independent use by children. An adult may include a child's memories or images only with the necessary parent or legal guardian permission and respect for the child's interests and wishes. Do not create a child's account or impersonate a guardian. Contact us if a child has used the service without appropriate adult involvement.
Keep your account secure and your email accurate. Do not share passwords or purchase-claim links. Claim a purchase with the verified purchasing email. Contributor or reader invitations grant the stated role, not ownership or a transfer of the purchased package. Gifting project ownership and unused-credit transfers are not supported in this release.
Purchases, access and delivery
Review the package, price, checkout charge currency, taxes, allowances and deliverables before paying. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. We do not guarantee acceptance of a particular bank or foreign-issued card.
The current release provides digital creation workspaces and, when approved and published, hosted book reading and the available reading PDF. Printing and shipping are excluded. The purchase confirmation and package description identify the allowances granted. Recording, uploads, image actions and editions are distinct; image generation and image editing both use image actions. Project allowances and account-level image balances follow their stated scope.
Paid working access lasts 12 calendar months from confirmed purchase payment. Renewal is a separate purchase adding 12 months and does not refill allowances. Creating or allocating a project does not by itself consume an allowance. Published book access follows publication permissions; expiry of working access alone does not revoke an existing published release. Keep your own permitted downloads. Hosting is not a promise of permanent storage.
Processing time varies with the material and service availability. Check the app status and contact support if access or an output fails. We do not promise a fixed completion deadline. We will review failed delivery and appropriate remedies under the refund policy.
Your material and our limited permission
You and other rights holders retain ownership of recordings, photographs, text and other contributions. A project owner's administrative role does not transfer another contributor's copyright or personal rights. Lembria retains its software, brand and service materials.
By supplying material, you grant Lembria a non-exclusive permission, limited to operating the service, to store, copy, transcribe, translate, arrange, edit, generate requested outputs from, and deliver that material under your instructions and chosen access settings. This includes necessary processing by the service providers identified in the Privacy Policy. The permission lasts while needed for those purposes and applicable retention or legal obligations. It does not grant a general right to sell family content, use it in advertising, or publish it outside the access you authorize. Customer stories, images and testimonials require separate permission before marketing use.
Obtain the rights and permissions required to record people, upload their material, process it with AI and share the resulting book. Explain the purpose, intended audience and available withdrawal/contact route to contributors and people represented. Respect applicable recording-consent laws; do not make covert or unlawful recordings. Family relationship alone does not grant permission. Do not include sensitive information about another person without appropriate authority and any consent required by law.
AI and publication
AI can mishear names, invent details, distort images or reproduce bias. Generated images are illustrations and are not proof of historical events. Review facts, names, quotations, translations, permissions and images before approving or publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness or copyright eligibility of AI output.
The owner controls publication and invitations. Private, member, named-reader, unlisted-link and public settings have different audiences where offered. A public or unlisted book can be read or copied by people beyond your intended family. Check the setting before publication.
A contributor may withdraw a source using available controls or contact support. Withdrawal can block affected hosted outputs, including earlier releases, and prevent further use of the withdrawn source. Published versions are not silently rewritten; a corrected version may require a new approval and publication. Removing an invitation, withdrawing material or restricting a hosted book cannot recall files already downloaded. Recipients remain responsible for their lawful use of those copies.
Content rules and complaints
Do not submit unlawful recordings, material you lack rights to use, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, fraud, malware, or information intended to expose someone to harm. Do not evade access controls or use the service to infringe privacy or intellectual property.
For copyright, privacy or misuse complaints, email support@lembria.com with the relevant project/book reference or URL, the material concerned, your relationship or authority, the reason for the complaint, and the remedy requested. Provide enough information to locate the issue without sending passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive documents. We may request proportionate identity or authority verification, restrict access while investigating, seek a response from affected users where appropriate, and remove or suspend access when justified or required by law. Tell us if there is an urgent risk to a child or another person.
Expiry, deletion and rights requests
Working access, hosted publication and backups are different. Expiry blocks new work; it is not proof that every source, published copy or backup was deleted. Before scheduled working-content cleanup, we will communicate the applicable recovery/export opportunity and date. Published releases and files needed to serve them may remain while the publication remains available. Request correction, a copy/export, withdrawal, deletion or privacy assistance at support@lembria.com. We will explain the scope, timing, restrictions and any lawful retention; do not rely on an unconfirmed backup as your only copy.
Service changes and legal rights
We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, payment reversals or legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and review route; urgent protection may require immediate action. Cancellation or suspension does not remove any consumer remedy required by law.
We will use reasonable care in providing the service. AI and network limitations do not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that applicable law prohibits us from limiting. Philippine law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or complaint/jurisdiction rights in your country. There is no mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer complaint rights in these terms.
Material changes will carry a new version and effective date, with notice and any consent required by law. We will not retrospectively reduce a paid purchase's promised allowances or mandatory remedies. Contact support@lembria.com, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, Asia/Manila.
Revision history: 2026-10-17.1 replaces the shopping-template terms with terms covering the digital app, family contributions, AI, publication, content complaints and consumer rights.
